Cellcom Israel shareholders approve re-election, reappointment

Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (TASE: CEL) said that shareholders at its annual general meeting approved a re-election and reappointment.

Shlomo Waxe and Ephraim Kunda were re-elected as directors, and Somekh Chaikin, a member of KPMG International, was reappointed as the company´s independent auditor.
